Hotel Tre Rose rules and services

At the check-in, every guest must show an I.D. and the booking voucher.
The Check-in starts at 1 pm. An early check is only possible on request and depends on the room availability.
On the departure day, guest must leave the room by 10 am.
For a late check-out please refer to our late check out policy.
Check-in: 1 pm-6 pm
Check-out: 10 am – After checking out, guest must leave the room, the parking space and the beach.
Early check-in before 1 pm- depends on the room availability: 10.00 €/h
Late check-out after 10 am – depends on the room availability: 10.00 €/h

ATTENTION: in case of no show or early departure, the guest will be charged (without exceptions) with the whole price of the booked stay.
The hotel may ask for a credit card number (as guarantee) at the check in or by the booking.
The guest allows automatically the use of his credit card by giving the credit card number to the hotel staff and therefore the credit card will be charged with the whole price of the stay in case of late cancellation, no show or early check out.
In case of damages of the hotel property, the hotel will charge the culprit the expenses for the repairs.

Hotel services
Parking: private and unattended – for direct reservations on our website or per E-mail/per telephone, the parking is free
Internet: free Wi-Fi (Net: Hotel Tre Rose ; User: internet ; Password: trerose ; (everything small, without punctuation).
Packet lunch on request: extra charge – info and booking at the reception.
Bar: from 10 am to 11 pm.
Room service for breakfast is available (extra charge: 5.00 €).
Beach and beach umbrella: info and booking at the reception.
Printer, Fax, Copy Machine: extra charge. Pets are welcome on request and upon agreement Extra charge: 5.00 € per day, food not included. Beach towel: 5.00 € per towel (will be changed every 3 days)

Room amenities

  • LCD TV; Italian and foreign channels
  • Hair Dryer;
  • Telephone (extra charge, for the activation please contact the reception);
  • Minibar (on request, drinks are not the room price included)
  • Shower gel and soap dispenser (in the shower and near the sink, with skin-friendly and eco-friendly ECOLABEL products);
  • Safe (before the check-out please empty the safe and leave the door open);
  • Bed sheets and towels change (we change the bed sheets and the towels every 3 days, according to the hygiene standards and to respect the environment. We try to avoid power and soap waste.

ATTENTION: if you desire the daily change of your bed sheets and/or towels, you can book it at the reception for 10,00€ per room per day.
Please let us know and leave the used towels clearly visible on the bathroom floor.
Bathroom towels cannot be used as beach towels. Our staff will daily check our private beach.

Opening times

Room cleaning: between 9 am and 1 pm
We kindly ask our guests to take into consideration that our cleaning staff needs to clean the room in the morning.
Breakfast: from 8 am to 11 am
Dinner: from 7 pm to 8 pm (only with reservation)
The food on the breakfast buffet must be eaten in the breakfast room and during the breakfast times. No take away!

ATTENTION: in case of food allergies and intolerance, the guest should inform the hotel staff at the check-in, to allow an adequate meal planning.

If you want to help us making your stay more pleasant and eco-friendly, please follow these advices:
  • Turn off the air conditioning and the TV when you leave the room;
  • Turn off or lower the heating when it´s too hot (our staff can help you with that);
  • Close the windows if the air conditioning is turned on;
  • Do not waste too much water.
  • Smoking in the hotel room is forbidden!!!!
